From registration to withdrawing your winnings. Here is everything you need to know to compete professionally on our platform.

Step 01Create & Verify Profile

Before you can join a lobby, you must create an account. We require a valid mobile number (for bKash/Nagad) and your Free Fire UID to prevent smurfing.

Pro Tips:

  • Ensure your in-game name matches exactly.
  • One account per person policy is strictly enforced.

Step 02Join a Tournament

Browse the 'Tournaments' tab. You'll see Entry Fees (Free or Paid) and Prize Pools. Click 'Register' and select your squad members from your team dashboard.

Pro Tips:

  • Load your wallet before registering for paid cups.
  • Registration closes 15 minutes before match start.

Step 03Lobby & Gameplay

10 minutes before start time, Room ID and Password will appear in your 'My Matches' dashboard. Join the custom room in Free Fire immediately.

Pro Tips:

  • Do not share Room ID/Pass with outsiders.
  • Wait in the assigned slot number.

Step 04Claim Winnings

Results are processed automatically after the match concludes. Winnings are added to your RDClash Wallet, which you can withdraw to bKash or Nagad instantly.

Pro Tips:

  • Minimum withdrawal is ৳50.
  • Payouts are processed within 1-2 hours.

Fair Play Rules

01No Emulators allowed (Mobile Only).
02Teaming up with other squads leads to a permanent ban.
03Using hacks, scripts, or config files is strictly prohibited.
04Abusive language in voice/chat will result in a timeout.
05All players must record gameplay if requested for dispute.

Common Questions

What happens if the lobby crashes?

If the server crashes before 50% of the match is played, we will restart the match. Otherwise, points stand.

Can I change my team members?

Yes, captains can edit the roster up to 30 minutes before the tournament start time.

Is there a registration fee?

We host both Free Entry (Scrims) and Paid Entry (Tournaments). Check the event card for details.
